Here we go – Module 1!
Six fabulous activities are to be revealed. Learn a fun handball routine created by Debbie O’Shea, use soft toys to foster singing, check out the way that the crocodile puppet can help with dynamics, use flashcards for part work, learn a fabulous scarf song and play four corners. What a great start to the course.
In Module 2 we will use a slinky to practice comparatives, learn a another handball routine, learn the most wonderful game to practice steps and skips (and print the cards needed from your PDF), use paddle pop sticks in the early phase of learning rhythm, play symbol match with plastic eggs and play Pow.
Module 3 contains Deb and Debbie’s favourite, Here’s a Green Leaf – you will just have to see this one to appreciate the magic moments that can be created in your classroom.
Meet conducting gecko, create a recorder composition with felt staves and counters, see a unique way to use a soccer ball, and play Allee Galoo with soft toys.
In Module 4, Deb, Alisen and Debbie will lead you through 6 different activities. Play with some soft toys and do a wonderful activity for the young students, see how Alisen uses her specially designed Pentatonic Flashcards (and you have the PDF of these cards to download for your own use).
Go shopping with small toys, practice your inner hearing, and grab a great composition task that Deb and Debbie use as an assessment.
